SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

"Growing Up in Taylor Street's Little Italy."



QUALIFICATIONS

At least one member of the applicant's family must be registered in the Taylor Street Archives.(The Taylor Street Archives application to be downloaded is found elsewhere on this page.) To be a member of the Archives, one must have resided in Taylor Street's "Little Italy" at some time during their lives.The scholarship applicant need not have resided in Taylor Street's Little Italy area.

Applicant must be or will be enrolled (within 18 months) in a grade school, high school, college or any other post-secondary educational program.

The scholarship applicant must submit a story or essay on,"Growing Up in Taylor Street's Little Italy."The winning article, along with the name of the scholarship recipient, will be published in local and community newspapers, magazines and journals.There is no minimum length.

Deadline is December 31.

The $1,000 check can be used by the recipient as they deem appropriate.
