Welcome to the Taylor Street Archives Web Site. This directory is primarily
designed to preserve the names and memories of those who:
1. Emigrated to Chicago's legendary Taylor Street neighborhood(one of the
many little Italys throughout these United States of America) from southern Italy
at the turn of the 20th century; and
2. Their offspring who were born and raised in Taylor Street’s “Little Italy.”

(email is the preferable mode of communication) to request applications for you
and others who may qualify.

residents. You will be able to search by:
